The best all around caliber I own is probably the 256 Win Magnum from Wiley Outdoor Sports in Esparto. A minor problem when shooting the Savage at small steel targets at 70 yards was the .303 British Enfield bullet got there too fast. My darling rifle is my new Savage 10-FCM with the tigerwood chambered in .303 British Enfield and 256 Win Magnum.
