I got my Beretta 300 WSM online at Bass Pro Shops. My Mom’s main caliber for the average hunter I would say the 44-40 Win for best caliber and the 300 WSM for the best cartridge. His precious rifle is the 44-40 Win I picked up online at the NRA store. I bought the rifle at our range over in Woodston which is a high-dollar place to buy a Beretta but I believe in supporting the places in South Carolina you do business with.

My adored rifle is my new Beretta Mato with the hard rock maple chambered in 300 WSM and 44-40 Win. My main gun is the Beretta Mato that saved my life and that of my crew in Vietnam.

I got my Beretta Mato in the hunting section at Wal Mart in Woodston. The best all around caliber I own is probably the 44-40 Win from Bass Pro Shops in Woodston.

One thing I don’t like for the 300 WSM is that it isn’t very powerful. My friend (Sol) said his number one caliber is the 44-40 Win he got at a Ducks Unlimited banquet last season.
