A year ago, my mother and father decided they wanted to trad their two year old Lincoln for a new car. I suggested that they would be much happier driving a Lexus than another Lincoln. They shopped at several Lexus dealers but the dealers area all too inflexible in terms of the price.
Few would come under MSRP very much.
As a result, my father refused to purchase a Lexus because he had been accustomed all his life to haggling over the price of a car, and was determined to never pay anywhere near MSRP.
He decided after much futility, to look at a Mercedes instead. He eventually purchased a nice black Mercedes.
A few months later, I stumbled upon a buying group that advertised that their members could purchase new Lexus Automobiles at Dealer invoice plus 5%. This was an effective discount of between $4000 to $6000 per vehicle based on model and options ordered.
The buying group charges less then $800 for a two year membership, so the savings on that one purchase alone would be more than enough to cover the cost of a membership. I was unhappy that I was not able to get my parents into the vehicle they wanted, all because of the inflexible attitude of the dealers we shopped. Now I am willing an determined to tell everyone in hopes that it will change the attitude of many dealers around the country.
The website address is http://www.lexus-discount.com visit and look at all of the other great deals they have.

In searching for Orange Beach Homes for sale, we typically manage to find one of two sample and examples of prime real estate or slum properties that are simply not worth the read, and certain not worthy of the price that being asked.
If you factor in the examples that seem to never make the evening news, you find more in the Gulf shores area than in Orange Beach simply because the area considered is much bigger. Gulf shores homes for sale are simply easier to find.
